Submissions

DJCLPP will publish two issues for the 2019-20 year, exclusively online. We will begin accepting applications for those issues on May 1st, 2019. We especially encourage pieces related to the Electoral College, which our Winter Issue will focus on.

Authors interested in publishing with DJCLPP should submit articles, notes, and essays to clj-submissions@law.duke.edu or through Scholastica. While we accept submissions on a rolling basis, it is best to submit by mid-May of 2019. If you are interested in writing a piece for our Special Issue on the Electoral College, please email our Editor-in-Chief, Neil Joseph, at neil.joseph@duke.edu.
