Submissions

DJCLPP publishes one issue each Spring, exclusively online. We are currently accepting submissions for the 2018-19 issue. While we especially encourage pieces dealing with theories of standing, all submissions from legal scholars and practitioners are welcome.

Authors interested in publishing with DJCLPP should submit articles, notes, and essays to clj-submissions@law.duke.edu or through Scholastica. While we accept submissions on a rolling basis, it is best to submit by mid-September of 2018.
